United Nude Eamz strap sandals now available at ASOS

United Nude shoes are renowned for being entirely unconventional, and looking at this pair, it's not hard to see why!

One of our readers has assured me that the Eamz is one of the comfiest pairs of shoes she owns, so that can dispel the immediate thoughts that these will be killer for the feet. These shoes are certainly a talking point, but amusingly enough the thing that's putting me off is the most normal part, the silver toe strap. Am I alone in thinking they look a little like an office chair? Whatever I think, if you want to step out in a statement shoe you can buy yours from ASOS now for £125.

Hi Girls,

I have a pair of Eamz, the pumps, not the ones above, but the heel is identical. Incredibly comfy, I guarantee. My personal collection of United Nude include: one pair of porn toe heels, one eamz pump, black bubble boot and I intend to Buy the Fold boot this winter. Out of all, in my opinion the Eamz is the most comfy.

I'm a newbie so this is the first time I'm hearing about United Nude. This shoe is real cool and wonder if Marc Jacobs got his surrealist shoe inspiration from this one. But I'm definitely checking out United Nude more often nowadays and if you don't mind, I'd like to write about this shoe on my shoe blog :).

By the way, has anyone bought this shoe or tried it? I wonder how it wears?

I can't believe you didn't know that this shoe was inspired by the Eames chair. That's the whole point of the shoe.

Thanks girls! I knew it wasn't new, but ASOS have just included their range on their site as part of their rebranding.

Interesting to know their inspiration, Naomi, they've obviously pulled it off saying as I saw the resemblance!
