Versace's patent buckle booties
I don't have a shoe fetish - I have an expensive shoe fetish. The latest pair to catch my eye are the Versace patent buckle booties! Patent leather is hot for handbags, and it hasn't gone out of style in leather booties either; this pair of striking slash-seamed Versaces are just up the alley for Fall fashion. The curving, sloping sillouette of these Versaces seamlessly dips down into a grained patent-leather covered conical heel that's nearly five inches high. Ouch! And the even more painful part? US$965.

I've tried them on, and they have a small platform in them. It's shaped like a triangle so it looks natural and efforless. It's appoximately .75 inches and is very padded.
