Yay or Nay Wednesday

yaynay93.jpgDespite their more recent and well-heeled efforts, it seems that Barratts** are still getting some things wrong. Our last Yay or Nay, with it's whimsical name, 'Tchaikovsky', was voted anything but music to your eyes, by a long shot! Still, if the shoe-equivalent of tuneless thrash metal boils your kettle, you can pick up a pair for £20.

This week's offering professes to be both comfortable and stylish, with its rubber treading and cushioned wool insole; but is it classy clog or crocs-comparable? Yay or Nay and why?

[Don't forget to vote at Trashionista, Bridalwave, Hippy Shopper, Corrie Blog, Catwalk Queen, Kiss and Makeup, Shoewawa and Shiny Shiny too!]

** They really aren't by Miu Miu. Nice try, but no cigar!

Oh please. Nay. Sweaters are for the upper body, not the feet.

NAY! Everything about this is sick and wrong!Clogs and bad enough on their own, but adding a knit element is simply unacceptable.

Nay for the same reason I nay crocs, they make a person's feet look like boats.

Nay. Like a sock with a heel. Also, I don't like to wear bogey colours in general.
