Yay or Nay Wednesday

yaynay94.JPGOh dear. It seems that the poor ol' clog copped... well, a bit of a clogging in last week's Yay or Nay. Despite producing wonderful wellies, that have been much lauded by Shoewawa readers, you unanimously voted that Tamara Henriques' clogs were little better than crocs (egads!). If you disagree, see her website for retailers.

This week's offering is designer-inspired, featuring a towering stiletto, wide ankle strap, buckle details and an on-trend geometric print. But what do you think? Is it stupendous stiletto or a bit too much? Yay or Nay and why?

I really like these!

I love the stiletto heel as always, I'm a huge fan of ankle straps (they look sexy, and they help keep me from having Cinderella moments like losing a shoe whilst walking up or down stairs) and I think the print is gorgeous - it reminds me a bit of stained glass windows. Beautiful!

Yay from me!

I like them too, but, as with most ankle-strap shoes, would look their best on someone with long long legs, ie not me :-(

I like the shape of the shoe, the heel and the ankle strap, but the print just ain't my cup of tea. So it's a nay from me, though I can see that they're wearable.

Yay. I would totally buy these!

A yay from me. I don't think I could get away with wearing them (my legs are WAY to short for ankle straps) but I sure love looking at them.

Am not a fan of prints in general and this shoe did not make me change the habit of a lifetime.
That said, the print is the only detail of interest on this shoe, and I do like an 'interesting' shoe, so it's a 'Nay' for me.
