Are pink lace up heels too much?

Before I say anything about these shoes I must explain that I do like the colour pink, quite a lot in fact. I painted my entire bedroom pink a few years ago and I have nothing against the girly colour at all. However, I am not sure that pink is a great colour for shoes, especially not this shade. I like the style of the shoe, and in theory I like bright coloured heels but it just doesn't work. I think they scream "I'm a girl, so obviously I like pink". Also, they're £65 from Topshop! I don't understand how Topshop justify pricing their shoes so high. If you do have a pair, wear them on Friday for 'Look who's wearing pink' day.
