For reasons known only to The Dark Lord of Legs (my eternal nemesis, if he has anything to say about it), I have never been able to find a decent pair of knee-high boots that fit right; and, as such, have naturally turned my affections towards boots of the ankle- and calf-length variety. This lovely pair in mid-brown has an almost pink-ish air to it, and despite a lack of laces, has a certain Victorian feel.
