Every designer from Prada to Primark has been making booties this season, but I think these black and silver suede ones by Dolce & Gabbana are a particularly good example of that "curved top" trend. The shape of these is striking enough to need no further embellishment, but Messrs D&G have emphasised those curves even further with that silver lining which helps draw attention to the shape of the boot. There's more silver on the heel, which is two-toned with a triangular cut out, adding another level of interest. A beautiful boot, but at $538.95 and in oh-so-delicate suede, not one to keep for a rainy day!
