Leather pull-on pirate style boots from Monsoon can be worn under or over the knee

It's not often that I stumble across a pair of mid-heeled boots that I like, but I think these ones from Monsoon could just be my Holy Grail winter boots. With a heel that's low enough to walk around all winter on, but high enough to look elegant, and a top that folds up or down depending on how you want to wear it, the only thing I really don't like about these is the price. At £90 they're a little more expensive than most of my high street budget buys, but I think they could be worth it. Wear over boots for casual look, or get a little more daring and turn up the top to wear over the knee with a skirt. I also like the almond toe, which is the perfect compromise between pointed and round!
