'Lulu' beaded peep-toe mid-heel pump by Banana Republic

I'm searching for a modestly heeled, simple, yet slightly embellished work appropriate pump, and my search has brought me to this 'Lulu' beaded peep-toe mid-heel pump by Banana Republic. The lovely satin covered shoe has a small three inch heel and a cluster of black crystal applique just over a shapely peep toe. However, in the most conservative work places, the peep toe might not fly... Alas, the search goes on. However, for a pretty black pump, shell out US$138 for this one.
