This brown suede boot by Mia is called 'Fierce' and deserves its name. The very beautiful, deep chocolate brown suede takes on some fantastic shades in the right lighting, from a gentle gold-touched mauve to a nearly black brown...all by itself! Magical. The western cut and the high, deep seams accentuate the cool shading of the suede, too. As much as I love pull-on boots, however, my non-normal shaped legs (I'm a shapeless stick figure) don't take kindly to non-fitted boots. This boot unfortunately only comes in "medium" width, so if that doens't fit me around the thigh, I'm out of luck. US$115, in black and brown.
