I'm a big fan of light-coloured boots. Sure, they may not be quite as hard-wearing as black or brown, but as long as you keep them away from muddy fields and too much rain (sometimes hard, I know), they can be just as versatile. These 'Luminor' boots by Michael Antonio are described as "tan", but are so pale as to be almost cream. They'll look great with denim, and equally good with brown or gold coloured dresses and skirts. The ankle buckle and high stiletto heel gives them a rather sexy look, but the heel is actually 2 inches high, which shouldn't be too hard to walk on. They're $55.90, which means that no, they're not leather, but they do look like good value for money.
