Next Spring's Shoes: Prada's S/S 08 collection at Milan Fashion Week
The new season catwalk collections are normally a good indicator of what we'll all be wearing on our feet next Spring, and if Prada's Milan Fashion Week show is anything to go by, it's going to be wavy lines, bright colours and strangely shaped heels all the way!
I love the colour combinations and patterning on the first three shoes (moving anticlockwise) in the above picture, but I'm not so sold on the mustard velvet pair at the bottom - the heels look a little bit too much like furniture to me, and velvet isn't exactly spring-like. As for the spats - well, it looks to me like they could be detachable, but I think I'd have to know for sure before I'd consider making a purchase, although they are rather cute on the model!
