As a girl who has long held dreams of riding horses over field and mountain with a rugged horseman in tow (but never has, mind you), riding boots hold a certain kind of rustic charm and mystique. Fortunately, as the style has been permeating the high street of late, I have plenty of pairs to choose from! One of my favourites is this marble-effect boot from La Redoute. With its buckle and topstitching details giving a feminine touch to the look, it's the unusual shade that wins out in the end (just don't pair it with mud).
