When it comes to shoes, I'm starting to think that you should never say 'never', because inevitably? They're going to win you over**. Take, for instance, the bootie. When it initially presented itself to us, we scoffed at its is-it-a-shoe-or-a-boot stylings. Some of us may have even vowed never to be seen in a pair. And now? "Is that another pair of yummy booties? Why, just take my credit card, why don't you, salesperson!? Who cares if I can't pay rent this month!"
