Wow- inducing handmade shoes from Hetty Rose - 'Amia' peep toes in Japanese kimono fabric

Hetty Rose are a fantastic shoe company that I'm overjoyed to have discovered. Taking original vintage fabrics, these clever people make them into exciting and unique shoes by hand, guaranteeing you a one-of-a-kind pair to treasure. Oh, and they went down a storm at London Fashion Week, too.

This pair is the Amia and it, like all their shoes, is made from original Japanese kimono fabric. Each of their shoes is lovingly referred to in the first person, as 'she'. I love the fabric most of all, but they've really made this into a great shoe in shape as well. Made from leather as well as the vintage material, the cute little button and wood heel make these look fab. Check out their website for other designs and to order your own handmade pair.
