The perfect work shoes at Marks & Spencer?

Having recently walked my favourite work shoes into the ground, I've become obsessed with finding a replacement. For some, this might be an easy task. For me - shoe-a-holic that I am - I need a pair that will satisfy all of my specifications. First, they need to be flats or low-heeled; second, stylish, without being over-the-top (the downside to the corporate world of footwear); and finally, they need to be able to survive all kinds of weather.
