We've been seeing rather a lot of cut out wedges recently, but I think these ones by Unlisted are one of the more dramatic pairs around! Available in black/pewter and gold/silver colourways, they're called 'Hole Sale', which is rather fitting considering the great big hole in the heel! In this case, though, "unusual" doesn't have to mean "hard to wear", and although they're far from your average pair of wedge heels, I think you'd be able to get away with them for work, as well as wearing them for more dressy occasions.
