I was very confused by these Pedro Garcia d'orsay pumps when I first caught sight of them at ShopBop. "Cute, but how on earth are you supposed to keep them on your feet?" was my initial reaction, and it was only when I took a closer look that I realised the vamp is actually made of perspex, rather than just a single strap floating in mid-air, which is what I'd originally thought. I still can't bring myself to wholeheartedly approve of perspex on shoes, but I think that if I had to wear it, these might by the shoes I'd choose, as the see-through plastic in this case makes the shoes look delicate rather than cheap, as can so often be the case. What do you think?
