River Island's patent knee high boots

Say the words "patent knee high boots" and a lot of people will instantly think of a shorter version of the boots Julia Roberts wore in pretty woman. Luckily, these River Island knee highs a lot more classy than that, with their platform sole in a contrasting, metallic colour. The boots shown here may look black, but are actually navy blue, which could make them a little tricky to wear, but they're also available in a grey parent leather, which is less shiny, and perhaps a little easier to wear, too.
