Spotty t-bar shoes at Topshop

I am currently putting together my New Years Eve outfit and these shoes would be just perfect. I don't want to ruin the surprise by revealing my full choice of outfit but spots are important! T-bar shoes are all over the High Street still (they never seem to really go away). They're a great shoe because they're a reasonable height for daywear and so chic. This pair are £55 from Topshop.com.
