Valentino excel at making pretty, glittery strappy sandals, which really come into their own at this time of year. These ones are a particularly good example, I think, with the "bow" at the front looking more like it belongs on a Christmas gift than on a shoe. The satin and crystal materials used here just add to this impression, although the price ($620) makes me think that Father Christmas will have to be feeling very generous indeed to want to bring me a pair of these.
