While I'm partial to a bow on the front of a shoe, when it comes to boots, I'm just not sure it works. In the case of these 'Mallondra' boots from Faith, for instance, I can appreciate the thought, but I tend to think the bow looks like a bit of an afterthought - or like something that just landed on the toe. The effect is diminished slightly in the brown and white versions, mind you, and as the boots are reduced to £90 in the Faith sale, you may think they're a good buy in any case.
