The trend for massive platforms doesn't seem to be going anywhere just yet. That's just fine with me, because although it does cause a slight dilemma when deciding which length of trousers to buy, it also means that we get to gaze at shoes like these ones, by Sergio Rossi. With metallic leather uppers, a mirror-effect heel and crisscross straps which are actually make of grosgrain ribbon, even although they look (and apparently feel) like leather, these are real show-stoppers, and are available for $625 at Intermix.
