Yay or Nay Wednesday
You may like your boots here at Shoewawa, but it seems that you prefer them in simple styles. Last week's Yay or Nay was, I fear, a bit of a wash-out with only four of you voting - but it was still a very clear case of the Nays. For those of you who liked the contrast button-detailed flat boots, they're £30 from ASOS.
This week's offering is apparently 'the perfect slip-on for the laid back gal' and appears to be geared towards beach / pool-side wear. But what do you think of them? Are they summertastic or foolish flip-flop wannabes? Yay or Nay and why?

They look like scene kid shoes. I suppose in that context they're okay, but I wouldn't wear them with summer clothes or within a mile of the pool or beach...

YUCK. Nay! Those have got the be the ugliest things I've ever seen in my life...
I can't even BEGIN to list everything that's wrong with these shoes without becoming a stuttering, sputtering mess of loathing. I'll just say that I concur with Julie - stabbing my legs with a fork would be preferable to wearing these things ANYWHERE, even in my home with no one else around, and with all the doors locked and blinds pulled and the phone unplugged.
