We've seen a lot of different items used to decorate shoes over the years, but I think this must be the first time we've seen the skeleton of a fish added to a t-strap. These are by Giuseppe Zanotti and the fish bones in question are made of silver metal encrusted with crystals. The tail is hinged (although for what purpose I don't know) and there's also a chain mail strap for your ankle. Now, I personally find these pretty creepy, but then I'm not a big fan of the things that live in the sea, living or dead. What do you think of them? If you love them, they're $850 at eLuxury.

I love them, personally. And not just as art -- I'd wear them, too!
Interesting. I kind of like them.
These are fantastic! Did anyone see the Giuseppe Zanotti's on ShoeTube.tv a couple weeks ago? The gorgeous sandals with beautiful red rose?
Did you see these in SATC the movie? LOVELY!
These shoes are amazing! Probably perfect for the fun-spirited girl in all of us. They're classy with a twist of strange. A pleasant match with our favorite little black dress. Adds that Huh factor. :) BRAVO!
