Given the love affair that the fashion world is currently having with bright pink shoes, the name of these Poetic Licence wedges is certainly appropriate. The name is appropriate for Valentine's Day, too, but I'm not so sure the style is: it's certainly lots of fun, with that striped heel and thick black piping, but I think the colour is more "bubblegum" than "romantic". These are definitely on-trend, though, and at $99, they're cheap enough to have a short-lived relationship with, even if you don't think you'll be wearing them long-term.
