Marc Jacobs patent pumps with cut out

Given that the narrow strip of elastic which holds the shoe on at the back is nude coloured, these Marc Jacobs pumps look like they'd give the illusion of being about to fall off your feet at any moment. I'm not so sure that's a good thing, but they are very unusual, with Marc Jacobs creating a completely new shape simply by removing the heel of the shoe. They're currently available to pre-order at Saks, where they're $580.
