This is yet another shoe for the "looks almost as good from the back as it does from the front" files. It's Versace's ankle strap wedge , and actually, I'd argue that it almost looks better from the back, with that super-curvy heel. This is the kind of ankle strap I love: one that sits low on the foot, below the ankle bone, so it keeps the shoe on but doesn't create an unflattering line across the lower leg. These are $810, and I notice that Versace have been going with red soles on their shoes lately - cheeky!
