Basket platform peep toe sandals from Miss Selfridge

We've featured a couple of pairs of basket shoes recently, but even although these ones from Miss Selfridge are amongst the cheapest, at £40, I actually think they're the nicest ones yet. The basket weave upper is, of course, very summery, but could run the risk of being too casual for some people were it not for the addition of the black patent bow, platform and heel. I think these would be ideal for a summer garden party or picnic, so let's just hope someone invites me to one...
