Well, I think it's a rather cute little shoe by Tapeet , which is both prettier and less chunky than many other cork soled shoes I could mention, with the cone heel bringing them up to date. These are $475, which is on the expensive side, but if you think they're worth it, you'll find them at Neiman Marcus.
