I've seen a number of shoes with extended heels recently from Azzedine Alaia to Terra Plana and now Topshop are in on the act. It adds an aggressive edge to a pair of pretty heels and contrasts nicely with the blue patent upper. What's more the heel detail is leg-lengthening and they'll only set you back £60 which might be a little pricey but is cheaper than a pair of Alaias!
