I am happy to report that yes, it freakin' well is!

The Holy Grail of shoes is headed our way with the announcement that Christian Louboutin will open his European flagship store right here in London.

Those red-sole obsessed Brits will now have their very own three-room store, located in Mount Street Mayfair, to drool over the latest collections from French shoe designer.

"In such a pretty street, I want to have my prettiest shoes," Louboutin said of his new shop location.

Louboutin's new shoe haven reflects the original boutique in Paris, thanks to the creative genius of New York architect Eric Clough

• The new Christian Louboutin store will open next month.
