Going by the picture alone, you might have trouble believing that these shoes are by Forever 21. We're used to seeing such bling-tastic creations from rather more expensive brands, but no, these are $23.80, and you don't get much cheaper than that. Of course, I've no idea how cheap or otherwise these might look in real life, but the all-over rhinestones and shiny silver heel mean that they're certainly sparkly, and if that's what you're looking for, you may just want to check them out.
