Gold metallic peep toes with ankle strap from River Island
River Island seem to be having a love affair with ankle straps at the moment. They've attached them to everything from peep toes to pumps, and I think that's a bit of a shame in the case of these gold metallic shoes, which be far lovelier without that unnecessary strap. Ankle issues aside, this is a lovely shoe, in a glorious gold colourway, which actually looks more like brown/taupe to me. They're £44.99, and if you're with me on the anke-strap, worry not - it looks to me like it's probably detachable...
