I owned a pair of those platform trainers a la Spice Girls back in the day, and I'd put money on you having owned some too (or at the very least, knowing someone who did). Platform sneakers are dead to me now - and even the lovely Gwen Stefani cannot convince me otherwise. These L.A.M.B wedge sneakers are like something that would exist in one of my very weird nightmares, perhaps involving demented clowns? (Sorry Gwen, I still love ya!)
