The combination of wood, string and, er, diamante, isn't one that we're really used to seeing on a shoe, is it? Leave it to Stella McCartney to make it work, though, and even although string and wood are possibly the last things I'd expect to see on a sparkly sandal, you'll find them on these ones, which also include a diamante strap at the toe. The platform and heel both look dangerously high here, so this could be the perfect example of the "car to bar" shoe, but I think they'd be fabulous for a summer evening out - if only they cost just slightly less than $1195.
