Small wedge sandals are so on the cusp of geeky and pretty they blow my mind. They look great with shorts, pretty summer dresses and jeans and are so comfy you can wear them from May till September.
I prefer genuine secondhand ones but if you can't find any then Office's 'Long Jump' sandals (£45) have got the retro stylings you're after. They also come in the far more tasteful navy and mustard colourway but I like the clashing primary hues of the other style for maximum geeky effect.
