Yay or Nay Wednesday

yay-or-nay-bootie.jpgLast week's pink Dr. Martens generated a pretty split vote. The 'Nays' just scarped it overall, but given that most of those who said 'Yay' qualified their vote by saying that they liked the boots but not the colours, I think we can safely say that pink Dr Martens get the thumbs down from Shoewawa.

This week's shoes are also brightly coloured, although the style is very different from those clumpy boots. Will they cause an equally split vote, or will you be able to give these ones a definitive 'Yay' or 'Nay'? Tell us in the comments field below!

Hmm - a yay for me. They're quite quirky and cute but should only be worn with a very simple outfit IMHO - something like black tights and black pencil skirt with a soft voluminous grey pussy-bow blouse :-D

Could you imagine how gorgeous these would be with a little black dress? While they're certainly not an every day shoe and will, as Esz pointed out, require tame outfits, they are a huge YAY!

Ooooh, I know these are Miu Miu... and I am usually not good at identifying where shoes come from.

Seeing as these are already in my "awesome shoes" folder on my computer, it is a yay from me. I think the harlequin pattern is delightful, not to mention what's on the back of that heel (even though you can't really see it in this picture).
