Thong sandals are about as casual as it gets without kicking off your shoes entirely, but rubber flip flops are way too casual for most business environments, so if you want to flash your feet (and your lifestyle lets you do it) these tan leather sandals from Warehouse could be a better bet. Warehouse have called them "70s" sandals, and they do have a certain kind of "luxe hippy" look about them, which would make them right at home on a beach in Ibiza.
