Gladiator boot sandals from Topshop

We've been seeing so many pairs of gladiator sandals recenty that I have to admit, they're all starting to look more or less the same to me. Except these ones from Topshop, that is. By the simple trick of making the straps much thicker than most gladiators, Topshop have made sure that these could never be accused of being "samey". Unfortunately, they cover so much of the foot for them to really be accused of being "sandals" either, and there's somehow just too much of them for my tastes. I'm sure some of you (and possibly Kate Moss) could make these work, though, and if you're one of those people, you can buy these for £40.
