LK Bennett's 'Akira' - the shoe that inspired the Chelsea Flower Show 2008 garden

I'm sure lots of us like the combination of shoes and flowers, but LK Bennett liked it so much they hired celebrity gardener Rachel de Thame to create a garden based on one of their shoes. That shoe was the 'Akira' court shoe shown here: if you want to see the garden, however, you'll have to visit the 2008 Chelsea Flower Show, which starts today in London. The shoe, meanwhile, is a limited edition, which you'll be able to buy online and in LK Bennett stores during May only. It'll cost you £169.99 and, dare I say it, would be the perfect choice of footwear if you're planning to visit the Chelsea flower show!
