I don't normally like shoes as chunky as these ones (OK, so they're not exactly the "chunkiest" shoes around, but compared to my usual brand of delicate heels, they're a bit of a departure) but I think these ones by River Island are adorable. There's something very retro/ pin-up girl about these, and they'd be the perfect accompaniment to any of this season's nautical-inspired pieces, which work so well with red accents. They're also fun and eye-catching enough to be worn with very simple pieces, making the shoes the main focus of the outfit. Get them for £54.99 at River Island.
