Yay or Nay Wednesday

It was 'nay' all the way for last week's Yay or Nay shoe, which was River Island's peep toe slingback. Most of you found the contrasting sole the most objectionable part of this shoe, but anyone who liked them can buy a pair for £69.99.

YAY! These are fabulous - the colour is gorgeous, the heel is adorable, and the fringe is fun! I really think that if these were pictured on an actual foot they might look more attractive to the nay-sayers out there, as is the case with quite a few of the shoes featured on this blog; they may not look so hot to you just sitting there as-is, but when worn on a foot with the right outfit, they are quite cute!

i ove the colour and the fringing adds a nice touch. however i would like the heel to be slimmer and higher! on the whole though its a yay!

Nay. Once you take the fringe away, the shoe is actually incredibly boring. Nice colour, though.

Yay. Not too enthusiastic, but yay nonetheless. The color is gorgeous. I like the shape of the shoe and the heel. Just not too sure about the fringe. Certainly a shoe that you can't wear with just about anything.
