Black and gold remains one of my favourite shoe colour combinations, and River Island have certainly made good use of it with these t-bar sandals. Nice though the shape is, it would have been fairly ordinary in black patent alone, but add the gold (or is it taupe?) accents on the platform and t-strap and you have yourself a whole other shoe, and one that will help you create a polished look for evenings out. These are £44.99, which isn't too bad a price, either.
