"I have about 500-600 pairs of shoes. I had to clear out a room in my house to put them all in," Mellon told Observer Woman magazine. "It's always been about shoes for me - shoes and bags. When I was four, I got some cowboy boots and that was it."

I'm just a "regular" person - not a president of a big company and I own about half as many shoes as Tamara Mellon. If I were her I'd have a lot more than 500-600 pairs of shoes!
