I am the biggest fan of heel cushions. Why? Well when you first break in a shoe, I find that the heel always rubs up (or cuts into) the heel of my foot. There is nothing bandaids can do for more than an hour or so because they just don't provide much resistance to a new and stiff shoe which hasn't had time to mould to the shape of your foot and the way you walk. This where these heel cushions come in. They stick to the inside heel and act as a buffer between your foot and the heel, and if the shoe is a little too big, it gives you a nice comfortable fit. What more could you ask for from this handy £4 fix?
