Every time I watch old episodes of Sex and the City, seeing Carrie Bradshaw run around New York has me wondering how Sarah Jessica Parker can keep it up without tripping over. This handy video gives us some great tips on how to do a quick dash from the cab to the front of the queue to the hottest bar in town - or wherever you're running late to. As with most things, running and walking in heels often starts with good posture.
