The current trend for heels and platforms high enough to give you vertigo continues, with these open toe platforms by Costume National. These are $660 at Saks, and I think the cone-shaped heel and slightly boxy shape makes them very striking. That pointed shape makes this heel look even higher than it is: it's actually only 4", which isn't exactly small, but isn't unusually high, either.
