I fell in love with the gold boots Kills' singer Alison Mosshart wore to a recent Primal Scream gig in aid of Diesel's Black Gold collection.

After initially thinking they were vintage the lovely gold boots screamed out at me from the pages of Net-a-Porter. The chunky heel and elasticated ankle ooze retro rock star chic, bravo (Marc by) Marc Jacobs! Yes, at £335 they might still be out of my grasp but at least I can stare at them for a while longer.
