A summer which has included a little more walking than would otherwise be the case for me has given me a whole new level of appreciation for shoes like these canvas wedges from La Redoute. Not only are they cute and colourful for summer, coming in red, mint green and black, shoes like this also look like they'd be much more comfortable than the ballet flats I normally resort to, but which often end up hurting my heels thanks to the close proximity to hard concrete and other surfaces.
These have just been reduced to £15 in the sale, and there's still enough summer left to justify a purchase or two!
